3. Development of T1000 and higher carbon fiber development

The Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Appraisal Committee believes that the overall technology of the project is leading domestically and reaches the international advanced level.

In addition, the automatic wire laying machine is similar to the automatic tape laying machine. The most advanced 30m×6.5m wire laying machine in China is also equipped with AVIC composite materials. It is combined with a civil aircraft project to carry out research and engineering verification of automatic wire laying technology. .


Third, China's progress in resin-based prepreg technology

The special production workshop for resin prepreg of AVIC Composites is 15,000 square meters, and 4 sets of large-scale hot-melt prepreg with international advanced level are equipped. Technically, the basic technology of the third-generation high-performance composite materials is basically mastered. The toughness of high-toughness resin composite materials such as 5228E, 9918 and AC531 has reached the high-toughness carbon fiber epoxy prepreg standard (BMS8-276) formulated by Boeing.
